How does Ômajor ensure its quality control?

After each service carried out within your property, a housekeeper goes to identify and correct any quality discrepancies. They are equipped with a tablet and an application connected to the management software, which makes it possible to use a control method specific to your apartment. Following the inspection, the information is retrieved in the customer area allowing you to find the details of the intervention as well as photos of the condition of your property.

Which payment methods are offered?

The payment of the invoices is made through the bank BNP Paribas. Flexible and dematerialized, this payment method works in France as well as in all foreign countries belonging to the SEPA zone. As there is no need to transmit your bank details or your debit card and as you are protected by the law for a refund within the 8 weeks following the transaction it is definitely a secure and fast payment method.

Could I have an illustration of the tax credit?

A working couple could use a personal service agency that carries out two hours of home maintenance services every week at the couple's home. This couple can benefit from a tax credit of 50% of the costs of the maintenance service. This amount will be deducted from the amount of taxes due. If the tax due is less than the tax advantage, the couple will receive a cheque from the Public Purse. This cheque will have the amount of the difference between the tax due and the tax benefit.

How do I react if I (or a resident) encounters a problem with the equipment?

No worries, we plan to setup soon a service platform for residents. This platform will be available online and will allow all residents to report easily a possible incident. They will also find a certain number of service offers ranging from the household intervention to the creation of a tailor-made event. Everything they need to ensure their satisfaction during their entire stay! We do our best possible to launch this service very soon.
